If you do not agree, you should refrain from using our website or submitting applications. Beacon Foundation reserves the right to update these Terms, with revisions taking effect upon posting.

Use of the recruitment portal is available to individuals who meet the educational, professional, and documentation requirements specified for advertised positions.

Users are granted a limited license to browse public information and submit legitimate job applications. Prohibited activities include: (a) Submitting false or misleading information; (b) Attempting unauthorized access to administrative functions; (c) Disrupting portal operations or security; (d) Using automated scraping tools; and (e) Impersonating foundation personnel.

Applicants certify that all information, degrees, experience details, and documents provided during application submission are complete, accurate, and genuine. Submitting fraudulent credentials or false information will result in application cancellation and disqualification.

Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. You agree to notify Beacon Foundation immediately of any unauthorized access.

Applicants acknowledge that submitting a job application requires payment of the configured application processing fee of Rs. 299 PKR (29,900 paisa) per application. This fee contributes to administrative screening, document verification, portal hosting, and candidate evaluation infrastructure.

An application is officially submitted ONLY after successful payment authorization confirmed by our servers. Draft applications or unverified payment attempts do not constitute official submission.

Payment of the application fee and submission of an application does not guarantee shortlisting, testing, interviewing, or employment. All selection decisions are made on candidate merit, qualification match, and foundation requirements.

Beacon Foundation reserves the right to verify educational certificates, identity documents, and work history with relevant institutions. Candidates consent to necessary background checks as part of recruitment evaluation.

All website content, logos, text, design elements, portal software, and branding are the property of Beacon Foundation and are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Uploading resumes, certificates, and application documents grants Beacon Foundation permission to review, store, and process submitted materials solely for recruitment and evaluation purposes.

Information regarding foundation activities, clean water plants, food distribution, and environmental drives reflects verified operational efforts. Content is provided for public transparency and does not form contractual guarantees.

Payment processing is conducted via external financial payment gateways. Beacon Foundation is not liable for temporary service interruptions, banking delays, or transaction issues originating from third-party financial institutions.

To the extent permitted by law, Beacon Foundation and its authorized personnel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from portal access, recruitment outcomes, or network disruptions.

Users agree to hold harmless Beacon Foundation against claims, liabilities, or losses arising from breach of these Terms or provision of inaccurate information.

Beacon Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit fraudulent documents, or attempt portal abuse.

Neither party shall be held responsible for operational delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, telecommunications outages, or government actions.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes or inquiries regarding portal usage should be directed to official foundation communication channels.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
