Beacon Foundation is a non-profit organization. The application fee of Rs. 299 PKR is charged to support direct administrative costs involved in application processing, including: (a) Technical portal evaluation and hosting; (b) Credential and document verification; (c) Secure database storage; and (d) Communication infrastructure for SMS and email applicant updates.

Application fees are NOT displayed on general public landing pages or job search listings. The Rs. 299 PKR fee is clearly disclosed inside the secure application workflow at the Review & Fee Disclosure step, prior to payment initiation. Applicants must acknowledge the fee policy before proceeding to payment.

Fee payments are conducted via authorized payment gateways (WPay, JazzCash, EasyPaisa). All transaction requests are signed and verified. An application becomes officially submitted only after server-side payment verification is confirmed.

Because application evaluation and technical processing begin upon receipt, application fees are non-refundable once an application is submitted. Fee reconciliation or refund considerations apply exclusively in cases of verified payment gateway errors (such as duplicate charges).
